He is a furry one.  But he is just too cute.   Above is the way he sleeps almost all the time… Unless he is doing the camel move.  You know legs all tucked in to form this ball of animal in which in a way, looks terribly uncomfortable.

Walter is an interesting fellow.  Walter also has interesting toys.  Walter came into our warm and loving home only to be greeted by tin foil balls, bottle caps and my personal favourite, the wine cork on a string.  He has been quite the treasure.

I think i will capture Walter in 5 quick statements

• Enjoys sinks, bathtubs, water dishes and keyboards (playing in them and then walking over them)
• Sleeps in the shape of a cute doughnut that creates this raging passion to squeeze
• Throughly enjoys playing with an ugly fake gray mouse on a string attached to a chair
• Will place his butt in your face on purpose (my dad had a good laugh at this one after the cat insisted on doing it while my mom was taking a nap)
• Shiraz and him are friends.  Walter adores Shiraz’s tail, Shiraz adores his food.

Walter was taken home from the Humane Society of Winnipeg.  His story is sad.  I think so sad to share.  All I have to say is that my lil trouble maker has brightened my life with his mischievous yet loving behavior.  I always thought I was a dog person but, Times are a changing.

Right in the middle of the keyboard.  Silly Walter.  At least I was working off of the other computer at the time.  I have now reformatted this sentence twice because of similar behavior

I should get Kyle a present to cheer him up after work….

Being the fantastic girlfriend I am, I knew the perfect gift.  And it wouldn’t cost me more than $5.  When I proposed my idea to Carly, she shook her head and just laughed and I am sure many others would do the same… But if you know me well enough this was right up my alley.

I embraced the doors of Zellar’s with nothing but confusion searching for the woman’s lingere department.  I am not even sure I should combine the words lingere and Zellar’s in the same sentence. But all in all, i found my way after fighting the crowds and zig zag isles to the womanly undergarmenent area.  I was determined to find, the most sexy, synthetic, largest, beige, granny panties I could find.   And of course I found exactly what I wanted all for the low price of $3.97.  The looks you get going through the cashier with a pair of 2XL panties that look like they belong on a overweight senior are priceless. Simply.

This damn pair of underwear is now a  living legend.

So I stop at the drugstore, pick up some tissue and a gift bag, wrap the panties up all nice, buy a “Thinking of You” card, and left the perfect present sitting on the counter just awaiting Kyle’s arrival.  Not going to lie, from the time of purchase till the moment he was opening them, I was uncontrollably laughing over myself.

I texted Kyle.. “I have a surprise for you!”… His first thoughts were apparently were that I had gone out and purchased the Electric Nipple Clamps we always talk about.. I have no idea why (haha).  So Kyle came over, looks at my nicely wrapped gift and tells me ,”oh kel you didn’t have to..”… No thats the thing I definitely had to it was to great not to!  He reads his card, gives me a weird look, and opens the present.  He loved them.

The fun didn’t end there though.  After both of us taking turns putting them on over our jeans and laughing at each other, we had some friends over to place the drinking game F*** You.  For those familiar with the game, we incorporated the panties.  Basically if you  drew a “10″ from the pile you had to put these granny panties on.  All the new comers to the game really didn’t like this rule.  But after an hour of drinking beer after beer, everyone was pretty into these synthetic silk panties.  New rules started to come into play.  For example, if you get a “7″ you would have to stand up and do a ‘striptease’ dance with these panties or the next person to draw a card has to wear the panties like a bandana over their face.  Well some individual thought it would be pretty great to take the striptease too far.

Good old Devon had put a pretty nice dent into his bottle of crown royal when he decided to fully strip, down to the birthday-est of birthday suits, in front of everyone and put these panties  on.  OOOK, so yeah, we had all put those on, but over our jeans.  Everyone is screaming and every male is trying to look away (Lengank accidently got a nice look at his goods hehehe).  Devon continued to dance around and shake his stuff.  I knew these panties still had one more good story in them so I dared Devon to jog to the local Esso (about a 10 min walk from my house) buy a cadbury cream egg, put it between his butt cheeks and run back.  Like a drunk man would do, I watched him jog into the darkness, wearing nothing but the panties and a pair of shoes.  He came back with a Kinder suprise in hands.

The summer is starting to look like it is coming to an end; people are heading back to school, suddenly traffic just got heavier with everyone home from lake life and it will only be within time that the mass mobs of kids leaving Massey after school will interfere with rush hour traffic on Pembina again.  Who am I to complain though, I was one of those kids for a solid 3yrs.

Anyways to get to the point, summer is coming to an end and I seem to have this huge collection of photos that all have a story stuck with them.  But captioning of these photos will never do  it i fear, I believe I have to tell the story… So here I go.
